Introduction

Welcome to BAAZ Car Services, Lucknow. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and facilities. By visiting our service center, booking an appointment, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our services.

BAAZ Car Service Centre provides multi-brand car repair, servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and related automotive services. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our services.


Scope of Services

BAAZ Car Service Centre offers a wide range of car services including general servicing, mechanical repairs, electrical work, AC repair, tyre and wheel services, denting and painting, diagnostics, and emergency assistance. Services are provided based on vehicle condition, customer requirements, and availability of parts.

All services are subject to inspection and diagnosis. Service timelines and outcomes may vary depending on the nature of work, vehicle model, usage condition, and availability of spare parts.


Appointments & Service Requests

Customers may book services via phone, website, WhatsApp, or in person. While we strive to honor appointment schedules, delays may occur due to workload, technical complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

Walk-in customers are accepted based on availability. BAAZ Car Service Centre reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if required, with prior intimation wherever possible.


Inspection, Estimates & Approval

Before commencing any repair or servicing work, an initial inspection or diagnosis may be conducted. Cost estimates shared are approximate and based on visible or identified issues at the time of inspection.

If additional issues are discovered during servicing, the customer will be informed and approval will be required before proceeding. BAAZ Car Service Centre will not be responsible for delays or cost changes caused by additional work approved later.


Pricing & Payments

All service charges, labor costs, and spare part prices are communicated transparently. Prices may vary depending on vehicle brand, model, and service requirements.

Full payment must be made upon completion of service and before vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, UPI, cards, and other digital payment methods as available.

Failure to make payment may result in withholding vehicle delivery. BAAZ Car Service Centre reserves the right to take necessary legal action in case of non-payment.


Spare Parts & Warranty

BAAZ Car Service Centre uses genuine, OEM, or quality aftermarket spare parts depending on availability and customer preference. Warranty on parts or services, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of service.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow maintenance advice. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.


Vehicle Custody & Safety

While vehicles are in our custody, we take reasonable care to ensure safety. However, BAAZ Car Service Centre is not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, natural disasters, riots, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are advised not to leave valuables or personal belongings inside the vehicle. We are not liable for loss of items left inside vehicles.

Vehicles not collected within the agreed delivery time may attract parking or holding charges.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate vehicle details, service requirements, and contact information. Any misinformation may result in service delays or incorrect repairs, for which BAAZ Car Service Centre will not be liable.

Customers are expected to behave respectfully with staff. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.


Pickup & Drop / Additional Services

Pickup and drop services, shuttle services, or roadside assistance are provided subject to availability and service area limits. Timings may vary due to traffic, weather, or external conditions.

BAAZ Car Service Centre is not responsible for delays caused during pickup or drop due to factors beyond control.


Limitation of Liability

BAAZ Car Service Centre shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use, loss of income, or inconvenience arising from service delays or vehicle issues.

Service outcomes depend on vehicle condition, maintenance history, and usage patterns. No guarantee is provided unless expressly mentioned in writing.


Website Usage

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of BAAZ Car Service Centre and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Website information is provided for general guidance only and may be updated without notice.


Termination of Service

BAAZ Car Service Centre reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion in cases of unsafe vehicles, non-payment, policy violations, or misconduct.


Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.


Changes to Terms & Conditions

BAAZ Car Service Centre reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
