At BAAZ Car Services, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for services or payments made to our service centre.

Service Payments

Refunds are generally not applicable once a service has been initiated or completed, as car repair and maintenance involve labor, diagnostics, and parts procurement. By approving the job card or service estimate, the customer agrees to the scope of work and applicable charges.

Advance Payments

If an advance payment has been made and the service has not yet started, a refund may be requested. Approved refunds for such cases will be processed after deducting any inspection, diagnosis, or administrative charges, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be canceled prior to work commencement. Cancellations requested after vehicle inspection or diagnosis may not be eligible for a full refund, as technical time and resources may already have been utilized.

Parts & Accessories

Refunds for spare parts are subject to supplier policies. Once parts have been installed, no refund or exchange will be provided. Unused parts may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if returned in original condition and packaging within a specified timeframe, subject to supplier approval.

Delays or Service Issues

In rare cases where a service cannot be completed due to technical constraints or unavailability of parts, the paid amount for the incomplete portion of the service may be refunded or adjusted in future service bills, at the discretion of BAAZ Car Service Centre.

Online Payments

Refunds for payments made through online modes will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway, typically ranging from 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations not covered under service scope

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party interventions after service completion
